In the 1950's, a factory teeters on the edge of collapse. Mysterious contamination is seeping through the cracks. And the residue of a long-past murder is now haunting the work-site. As inexplicable accidents begin to occur, tension rises and the workers grow violent. Blood will have blood; and before peace can be achieved someone must be chosen to take the fall.
The Fall is the award-winning Electric Company Theatre's latest creation. Forged in the industrial remains of an abandoned factory, this site-specific horror explores the function of the scapegoat in society and the ever-present forces of violence in our culture.
Two brothers compete for the affection of the workers and for control of their deceased father's business. But when a mysterious woman answers a job posting, their rivalry escalates until it reaches deadly proportions.
The Fall, utilizes some half a million cubic feet of performance space featuring five-ton overhead cranes carrying actors above the crowd, two-story high video projections, a suspended bed for an aerial sex scene, and the invasion of the space by an ominous black van driven by a satanic salesman.

Winner of 6 Jessie Awards including Outstanding Production and the Critics Choice Award for Innovation.
