REFUND & TICKETING POLICIES

Companion Ticketing Policy: If you require a companion complimentary ticket to assist with mobility, please contact info@electriccompanytheatre.com and we’ll make sure to help you out.

REFUND POLICY: Electric Company Theatre is a non-profit charitable organization that relies on ticket sales and donations to produce our work. As such, refunds and exchanges are not available, however we can convert your purchase into a donation (less eventbrite fees and charges), and provide a charitable tax receipt upon request. To make this request email info@electriccompanytheatre.com with your ticket order number, first and last name and we will be in touch.

Early Bird Ticket Exchanges: We know life can be difficult to plan in advance. We’re offering our Early Bird ticket buyers one free ticket exchange, up to one week prior to the performance you originally booked. Valid only for Early Bird purchases made before November 27, 2019. Just send an email to info@electriccompanytheatre.com with your ticket order number, performance date, your first and last name, and the performance you would like to change your seats to. We will rebook your tickets in the closest comparable seats at the time your request is processed, and send you the new tickets by email, subject to availability. Ticket exchanges may not be possible within the section you originally booked.

Student Group Chaperone Policy – We will include one free Chaperone ticket for 20 student tickets booked.
Discounts and offers – With a variety of discounts from early bird, to student matinees to group discounts, there is a lot to consider. Unfortunately discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. We will always give you the best discount we have available at the time of booking.
