Left of Main

Electric Company Theatre’s current home is Left of Main, a collaborative artist-run space in Historic Chinatown on MST Territories/Vancouver. LoM has been a vital space for the live arts since 2017, and we are proud to call Action at a Distance, CADA/West, MascallDance and Plastic Orchid Factory our studio mates.

Progress Lab 1422

In 2009, Electric Company Theatre joined together with Boca del Lupo, Neworld Theatre, and Rumble Productions to test out a new indie space-sharing model. PL1422 became a hub of independent theatre on MST Territories/Vancouver and inspired similar models across the country. PL1422 continues to thrive, housing an even larger cohort of independent producers and making their ambitious, innovative performances possible.
